Playford Capital needs to collect, use and disclose personal information in order to assess investment applications. Applicants may choose not to provide such information, however this may affect our ability to invest. We may also wish to use personal information to personalise communications; to identify with whom we are communicating or to provide further information relating to our functions and activities. However, we will not provide personal information to other parties for marketing purposes without the express consent of the individual concerned.

In assessing applications we may need to disclose personal information to third parties on a confidential basis, for example, credit reporting agencies, associated companies, financial institutions and government departments. When doing so, only information that is necessary in each situation will be disclosed. Playford Capital will not disclose personal information to any third party except where it is necessary in assessing an investment application or where we are required by law to do so.
