People & Company News Showcasing Innovation in South Australia event Playford Capital participated in AusIndustry's "Showcasing Innovation in South Australia" event at the Festival Centre on 9 April 2008. Senator Kim Carr, Minister for Innovation, Industry, Science and Research, announced a Commercial Ready Grant to Playford's latest investee company, Reproductive Health Science Pty Ltd. Reproductive Health Science is pioneering a safer method for embryo screening. Other Playford Capital portfolio companies exhibiting at the showcase were high powered ultrasonics company Cavitus Pty Ltd, online water broker Waterfind Pty Ltd and web analytics company Maxamine Inc, which was recently acquired by Accenture.
