Cavitus Pty Ltd has signed an exclusive distribution agreement for the Iberia region for its high power ultrasonics (HPU) technology. The distributor is Spanish company Ros Casares RRE Medio Ambeinetal S.L. which has a subsidiary specialising in application of ultrasonics technologies. The Ros Casares industrial group is one of Spain’s largest private companies.

Pioneering Australian medical device company, NVT Systems (NVT), closed a $500k round of investment from Playford Capital, the Commonwealth Government’s Innovation Investment Follow On Fund and Bio Angels SA in January. To read the full press release click here.

Cavitus Pty Ltd successfully closed a $1m investment round in December with Playford making its first investment as part of its Innovation Investment Follow-on Fund (IIFF) commitments. Cavitus will use the funding to continue its product development and sales efforts in high-power ultrasonics (‘HPU’) applications for optimising liquid-phase Agri-Food manufacturing.
